The coat I will keep
I had been looking for this for over a year. Arrived with the original garment bag. The wool has no pilling anywhere, which at this age is rare.
Not the size stated
The label said one size and the measurements did not match it. To be fair to Kinship they collected it the same week and refunded in full without arguing, but it should not have got that far.

You are right and we are sorry. The piece was measured against the label rather than by hand, which is the check we exist to do. We have gone back through the outerwear listed at the time and re-measured all of it. Thank you for saying so publicly.
